Logo Design Brief

This is our 10th company's anniversary and we would like to launch a new image. Our current logo it's a meaningless logo with a figure and the company name, We would like to focus on the 3 first letter of the company (MGM) to be the central point of focus of the logo, the logo has to incorporate those 3 letters.
with no more than 3 colors, looking on blue black, blue black and silver, even change the font on the name.

Our company's name is: MGM IT Solutions, Inc.
Our company it is in the IT industry. We do computer consulting, Network Installations, Security etc.

Logo should be something like:

IT solutions

Or

Must have

• We would like to focus on the 3 first letter of the company (MGM) to be the central point of focus of the logo, the logo has to incorporate those 3 letters.
• with no more than 3 colors, looking on blue & black, blue, black & silver,
• Would like the MGM to look like in 2 dimensions (I do not know any graphic design terminologies)!!
• You could even change the font type on the name (IT SOLUTIONS).
• Need to know name of fonts used on the design. to adjust letter head with same font.
