Couple of questions:

What platform(s) would you like the app designed for? Do your customers use iPhones, iPads or Android devices in particular, or a mixture?

Do you have an existing website you could share, or any other information? It would be useful to have an example of what a product listing needs to include (photo? product title, how long product descriptions are etc). A couple of examples of other apps/ordering systems that are similar or that you particularly like would be great. Also a description or images of how your customers currently order products- This is useful because then the app design can incorporate design elements/language that your customers already recognise, making it quicker and easier for them to use the app.

The provided website link is not working. Can you please give some design ideas?

Also if you could please guarantee the payment so I could ask my team to design some app screens. Current budget just suffix for 3-4 app screens only. You would obviously need to upgrade the budget if you want a functional app done.
