We currently have a design logo but would like to create a new one. The information will go on a real estate sign. The information to be imparted is our name and possibly a REALTOR name. I don't want to restrict creativity by designating preferences indicated below. I am somewhat challenged in that area therefore let the creative juices flow. Thank you.

Requirements

Must have

• We are a real estate company in a small town Northeast of Tulsa. We sell residential homes, farms, ranches, raw land, and commercial properties.

Nice to have

• I am not necessarily married to our current colors but I do have a sign with our current logo on the front of the building that I am reluctant to change because of the cost. I would possible use this design on a real estate yard sign. 18 X 24 inches.

Should not have

• Anything that resembles a RE/Max sign. They have red over white over blue trademarked and a stupid hot air balloon.
