Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my internet marketing company named: Dark Rock Media. Sleek, modern, dark, bold.

Here is the current logo I designed which isn't very pleasing:

Need it to look good on a dark background for business cards and website.

I'd like the logo to project a sense of professionalism, solid like a rock, and luxury which I think can be best conveyed with a simple wordmark logo.
