Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for the Twin Cities Association for Psychological Type-a group based in Minneapolis but affiliated with other groups across the country and around the world that help individuals and teams discover who they were meant to be and then use that knowledge to work constructively with people who operate very differently. It's about embracing diversity and how what we do best is usually the flip side of our greatest weaknesses. Psychology yes, but applying it to life, not sitting in analysis!

Most type association logos somehow incorporate a 4x4 square matrix, representing the 16 psychological types (if you've taken the MBTI, you found out that one of these is your natural style!)-but you could play with diamonds, etc. We'd love a design that has a bit of fun with this but still appeals to businesses and people over 50 (like me.) Blue is a must, but add other colors as inspired. The coolest one I've seen is at http://www.oaapt.ca/ but of course we want ours to be unique.

Hi-The logo could use the acronym TCAPT rather than spelling out Twin Cities Association for Psychological Type.
