Logo Design Brief

We have a pirate ship doing sunset party cruises and daytime snorkel cruises in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. I want a simple and clean logo similar to the typical skull and crossbones but with a wooden steering wheel as background. I would like the skull to have a sinister smile, eyepatch and a mexican sombrero (hat). Image should work well on a black shirt an be revsersible for a white background as well. Our ship colors are white black and red.

Winner will most likely be selected to do additionaldesign for flyers and possibly three t shirts.
