Company profile:
We are a Management Consultancy who works with large companies to identify areas where they need to improve and ultimately put in place projects to transform the company into a market leading competitor. This is delivered through projects which change to the organisation, it's processes and systems. We do Strategy analysis with clients to look at their operating model and how they work with customers and suppliers, but also looking at more tactical process and system improvements which need to be put in place to enable the future business vision.

What we want the logo to convey:
Strategic analysis & tactical solutions, all evaluated to give an intelligent solution to the client, which we deliver on time and on budget. It should infer high quality, high value project management.
