When will this start I would like to submit
Hi
You've just invited us to your competition, we've just done you some designs and now you've closed it.
Could you kindly clarify what is going on here please.
Cheers
Hi there - they've told me that there is an inconsistency between the country if my card and the country I have started it being. They have asked me to send them a photo of my card and I'm going to speak to them about that today if I can. I suspect that they have closed this opportunity until that is resolved.
Apologies for the obvious inconvenience but I will look to resolve it soonest.
Kind regards,
Dan
Hi there - thanks for your comment. I am hoping that DesignCrowd will open the project very shortly.
They have told me that my internet IP address is located in a country other than my credit card and accordingly they have unilaterally suspended my project. They have asked for a photograph of my card (I'm not sure what this achieves). I have provided a photograph of my card but as yet they have not relaunched my project. Hopefully they will do this soonest ...
Thank you for your interest in this project and your patience!
Just to confirm that they have no relaunched the project - I do look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you so much for all the designs already. I thought I would share the themes which are emerging in terms of my thoughts / comments in the hope that you will all find it useful and it may help save you some time - if you feel that what I'm asking for in the light of the below is not your bag then it can save you time by making you realise that this isn't for you!
1. The first theme is that it must look classy. Think about luxury British / European brands and go from there - things which might look great in the US may not translate over here.
2. The second is that it would be great if there was a logo element incorporated into the wordmark (e.g. like the Tenebrae example I've given).
3. Third is that it would be ideal if the wordmark was suggestive in some way of music / choirs / performance - that's difficult but if you look at some of the ideas which have been put forward they've managed it.
I do hope that this helps to one extent or another!
Revised Designs submitted. Feedback, please.
I should add some further themes:
1. I would love it if the logo element could "stand alone" e.g. as a profile photo on a Twitter account or similar so ideally it should be portrait orientated;
2. my taste is really veering away from the more fluid looks towards more typical fonts etc. I had included a more "scripted" looking font in the design brief because I didn't want to stop myself from seeing what talented people like you would come up with but I think it is far now to say that that's not where I think we will go.
As before, I do hope that it helps!
I look forward to your feedback on my submission (#12187124).
Thank you!
- Greg
