Logo Design Brief

New real estate company in Santa Barbara CA looking for logo and branding, colors etc...

Want something, clean, simple, modern, international appeal, and used in a luxury market. Can use symbols that represent Santa Barbara like dolphin, ocean, beach, palm trees, red tile roof, can have a Spanish influence as well, Santa Barbara lifestyle influence.

Must get color codes and or pantone colors and a black and white/gray scale images. Must have in vector file, jpeg and pdf formats.

I may also need other services that will add on if successful logo is purchased. Such as an existing website needs updating (I currently use Style Agent a real estate template service in word press. You can view at www.debbiefoley.com), as well as Facebook, Twitter etc.... all social media outlets. Business cards, stationary, signs, mailer postcards...all printed material needed.

Must have

Nice to have

• I would like to see adobe, Mediterranean red tile roof style house images or use of the letter F as a key.

Should not have

• do not want use of lots of colors.. I don't want art that looks like stock art logos, such as an image of a house.
