Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a new company called "NAYCORP" that provides consulting management for operations, logistics, efficiency, business development, and other needs. I have sketched a few ideas for a logo design. The one with the red box around it is my favorite so far. The idea of that one is it's partially a scope reticle/crosshair on the outside, the right side being left open so it also represents a "C" for Corp. The "N" has concave knife edges. I would like the colors to be primarily red and black. Open to any designs. The design goal is to communicate precision, sharpness, long distance vision (thinking ahead), planning, organization, solidity, etc.
