Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for Main Street Chicago. Main Street Chicago manages properties for investor clients. Responsibilities include managing leases, securing qualified tenants, handling maintenance requests and collecting rent. The apartments are mostly rehabbed vintage units with updated features: kitchen, bath, a/c and the like. Most of our properties are in the hottest areas to live in Chicago.

The logo should capture both a vintage feel and a modern flair. Colors possibly black and sepia. Classic yet modern.

There is a partner company called Chicago Properties. I have uploaded their logo for reference. If they can somehow look like they're in the same family, that would be perfect.
