Web Design Brief

I need a website with 3/4 pages. I want the first page designed first and the rest will be easy. I need some pictures but none with corporate looking people. I need links to twitter and linkedin. I need a contact form. I have samples of websites i like, fonts i like and I need a small logo also. I like simple, clean lines and I want a bright, happy and feminine feel. My audience are small businesses so I don't want them intimidated by new much of a corporate feel.
