Should we create it with a horror movie scenes only? and also is it open too to other designer who won the previous contests?

Hi, yes you need to put the politician in the horror movies scene so they appear as an actor. For example: replace Jack Nicholson with Barack Obama in a scene from the horror film, The Shining.

The contest is open to all registered designers in the community.
