Stationery Design Brief

We are a non-profit bicycle coalition seeking a bicycle holiday inspired, end of the year annual appeal card to be sent to our current and lapsed members seeking a charitable donation.

We would like a 5x7 folded greeting card design. It will be sent to a range of supporters from professional individuals to families. We'd like it to have a personal, yet professional feel. It should be slightly whimsical and colorful since it's a holiday card, while also maintaining a non-busy, sleek and professional feel.

Requirements

Must have

• 1. The design should be suitable for a 5x7 folding card.
• 2. We would like the card to a have a bicycle holiday theme (graphics should be fun, but also professional and contemporary like ornaments, snowflakes etc., not childish like Santa Claus, snowman, etc.).
• 3. We would like the card to look modern, sleek and contemporary overall (not too busy). It should include use of icons (see instructions for Inside Panel 2), giving it a clean “Mac like” look.

Nice to have

• Graphics should be fun, but also professional and contemporary like ornaments, snowflakes etc.

Should not have

• Graphics should not be too busy or child themed like Santa Claus, snowman, etc.
