Graphic Design Brief

We are the Blessed Sacrament Yellow Jackets which is a basketball team of 13 year old girls. We are looking to create practice shirts with a design on the front and the concept would be
1. a basketball rim with a bee hive for the mesh
2. and a basketball going towards the net & 10 yellow jackets pushing the ball in the opposite direction.
3. The bees would have the same look as in our logo below and each bee would display a number corresponding to the jersey numbers of the 10 girls on our team.
4. The phrase on the shirt would say “Swarm together…protect this hive”.

A "Yellow Jacket" is a type of Bee and is our mascot as shown in the attached picture. The bee's posture in the attached image would have to be modified to make sense in the new graphic. Also, some of my requirements are just suggestions...for instance, you may want to list the numbers of the 10 players in the honeycombs. I am not sure if you can fit 10 bees in the picture and still have it look good. So, my project description is an overall idea and the details need to be hammered out. I would like it to look more adult and not cartoonish.
