Brochure Design Brief

We need a Bifold brochure design for a Medical Chiropractic Practice. ProHealth chiropractic practice specializes in returning individuals back to health by addressing they aches, pains, sprains, etc. ProHealth helps patients who suffered serious injury and need help in recovery. The brochure will be given to Primary Care doctors who refer to ProHealth. I have attached some material and color desires but encourage creative liberty and their creative insight. If a designer feels they can make the brochure exceptional in a different creative direction perhaps, color change, graphics etc, than suggested that is welcomed!
