Logo Design Brief

We are currently in business and making a strategic name change to Capstone Leadership Group or (CLG). The emphasis is on providing an executable strategy, through leadership (to our clients) There are 3 very distinct operating phases to our strategy, defined around: Clarify/ Execute/ Sustain. Our last logo has a 3-sided symbol that depicted that philosophy.
I need a LOGO that can support that theme, if possible, and not be confusing or distracting.

Companies in a unique position in their business life-cycle. They could be in hyper growth, transitioning control, or distressed. Most companies we service are privately held and =< $100 million in annual revenues. The design needs to be professional and clean

Requirements

Must have

• Id like the design to be clean and concise with a limited number of colors. Needs to be more professional in design vs. overly colorful and whimsical

Nice to have

• My current logo has a 3-sided circle or a triangle inside of a circle to illistrate our "Continuum" as stated above.
• Not use if the card needs a "QR code", I see some cards with them and most without .

Should not have

• Should not have designs that are close to other brands and
• it needs to be a professional design.
