For a unique lettermark logo I would urge you to consider design #30715.
Half the concepts I have seen elsewhere, and others have been re-used from other projects with similar concepts. As a professional freelancer, none of them are I feel are unique, and most rely on the sim card idea.
There isn''t a single other mobile logo that reflects the product on the market, they are all type, abstract icon based.
This is just my professional opinion, and you may feel otherwise inclined - this is fine, and I wish you well in your decision making.
