Vector Design Brief

Trifold Paper and/or Digital brochure to outline range of Career Coaching, Topical Workshops/ Webinars, Experiential Education Program, Regional Professional Networking Events in Chesapeake Bay Area - particular focus on "students to seniors" thinking forward about sustainability focused issues, solutions, careers, leadership and entrepreneurship. Area of Service covers 6 states surrounding the Chesapeake Bay, representing many stakeholders from business to education, policy, envrionmental centers, ngo's etc. There is an iconic bridge that connects between urban and rural areas, and we hope to think of our work as "bridging" by building collaborative relationships between sectors, stakeholders, communities, age groups, etc... Also considering the bridge metaphor as important to creating pathways across varied stages across lifespan/ career ....thus students to senior level life/ education/ career/ leadership. Something like: , which may be depicted as "Education| Careers| Leadership - Partners for a Sustainable Future" . In terms of content, we hope to outline Services include Coaching/ Curriculum/ Community....Sustainability Focused Projects/ Partnerships...Thinking Globally, Acting Locally

Target Market(s)

Students from Regional Schools in various "sustainability" related programs, including Certified Green Schools, Community Colleges, Universities all seeking to translate their education to job opportunities. Also Professionals in various sectors/ professions who are seeking to transition new jobs emerging in areas that align with "sustainability"..i.e. energy, food supply chain, water, health, policy, .... Later life folks who are moving from classic jobs to phased retirement with interests in being more entrepreneurial - also bringing networks from their professional years and potential mentors to younger ones even while they themselves evolve...Overall, will be connecting to organizations to collaborate such as Chamber of Commerce, Alliance for Chesapeake Bay, Professional Associations, Community Projects who may host projects or opportunity for shared presentations, focused working groups, leadership programs wherein Chesapeake Career Consulting will be collaborator.

• the triparte logo uploaded, originally designed within design crowd in 2013!
• color scheme with predominate but "natural" looking green/ earth/ blues to relate to the "land/ water/ wildlife"...but also images that represent professions such as solar panels, or field based teams, as well as individualized coaching photos. Nice to have

• Clean Contemporary Fonts, Layout, Styling with Color Themes looking both "organic" and upscale professional at the same time. Able to print on very basic parchment paper as well as something magazine style...or just send digitally. Emphasis on Green Careers Images, and 1 to 1 coaching or mentoring...as well as some groups on location doing projects.
• Visual design/layout to connect the parts to a whole....i.e.Essentially Coaching/ Curriculum/ Community....Within this we see careers as a process/ pathway that requires partnerships...we focus on shared connector around sustainability focused professional areas. When we say "sustainability" we think.... People, Planet, Profitability....or Triple Bottom Line idea of Economy, Environment, Education/ Equity? you get the idea. The logo was designed to illustrate this triparte, but also the implication of "Thinking Globally/ Acting Locally"....(thus the globe, the local bay with sailboats & community, the leaves as our local lands) Hoping the trifold idea can be used to help segregate but also unify ideas here, with overarching logo?
• Also I have shared with you another "postcard" design that is related to our curriculum area...known as CareerEcologia. The program has 4 phases which we've shared with you to better understand, although this does NOT need to be overemphasized here. The mock up brochure and our website (although not very good design) offers example of pointing to this among other aspects, and we can then share other handouts for that detail as these pieces will work together.
