Logo Design Brief

We are a development shop specialising in Web, mobile, and e-commerce development. Our logo is currently a celtic symbol (see upload) I really don't like it, but I do like the colours. That said, I am open to using different colours. The logo needs to be adaptable enough for square, tall or wide versions.
