Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company on the French Riviera called Oxford Electricité. We're not bothered about having 'Electricité' in the logo, only 'Oxford'. We are electrical contractors, hvac installers, home automation system integrators and CCTV and alarm installers. Our slogan is Comfort, security and energy efficiency. The design should communicate an idea of technology and efficiency, we would like the design to be relatively simple.
