Starting Note: Please do not use the colors from the logo on webuynorthtexashomes.com which is their current website. This logo will eventually change but it is what they have now.

This website is a realty website that caters to individuals who want to rent out their homes (investors) and those who want to rent a home (Tenants). We provide no credit check to rent a home from a investor at a higher cost for the tenant to balance risk. Good renters with bad credit are able to rent or buy a house from investors who are registered in our system.

  A log in form somewhere on the page.
  
  Key themes in the site are as follows: The site needs to be clean and professional looking i.e. no grunge. I provided some color palettes below, these are not set in stone and if you know of a good palette(s) our client is very open to all suggestions. The main navigation needs to stay on top but other on page navigations could go on left (preferably) On the left or the right will be featured listings for some homes. It will be between 3 to 5 listings showing at one time. (Please see webuynorthtexashomes.com for example)

Nice to have

• It would be nice to have short easy to read paragraphs accompanied by a photo so scanning is easy on the site. Then in later pages we will have more text when there is more detail needed. We know you wont come up with the content but concept would be nice.
