Logo Design Brief

I need a logo desing for a new Parking company based in São Paulo, Brazil. The company name is "Let's Park". However I wish the word "Let's" can be used in the future combined with other business like "Let's Fight" for a boxing gym, "Let's Burger" for a burger bar and etc. I would like to see designs that the strongest brand is the word "Let's" but it is really easy to identify that in this case its is a Parking company. I wish everone can identify the word "Let's" as the main company and in this case we are in the parking bussines "Let's Park". I like the idea of a vintage logo that communicate a safe and reliable place where everyone can trust on the service. I have attached a few examples of logo from other parking companies in Brazil just to give you an idea how the words are used.
I wanna people know it is the Let's Company in the parking lot business.
