Logo Design Brief

We need to update our current Logo. For example, Our current Restaurant concept is Barbecue. But we have several products that we serve such as Kalua Pork, I would like to integrate our current logo head with a hula skirt and coconut Bra.
We also do Mexican, so I would like to integrate our Logo head with a Sombrero and maybe a vest and Mexican style pants. We also do Italian. You get my Drift.
