Logo Design Brief

Southern Valley Homes is a New Custom Home Builder located in Central Florida, primarily focused on delivering high quality residential New Construction to the Greater Tampa Bay Area. We are ready to open a brand new Model Center, and are looking for a company logo to help represent our business and what we will be offering to home buyers - high quality, luxurious homes at unbeatable prices, as well as a reliable and personalized service throughout the construction process.

We would like a logo that expresses elegance but also reliability. We're looking for a design that incorporates the full company name (the focus should be on "Southern Valley", less on "Homes" in comparison).Our preference would be an elegant, cursive font, but keeping in mind that the Model Center will be on a main road and we want our company name to remain clearly legible on our sign to anyone driving by. We would also like to see the likeness of a home somehow incorporated in the design.

We do have a general idea of the reflection we want the logo to have, but are certainly open to your creativity and flexible with our preferences. We look forward to seeing your creative submissions, and can't wait to work with you!
