Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for a new boutique law/financial services firm located in the Bahamas. This firm specializes in financial services, wealth management and estate planning. We wish for the design to be modern, clean and minimalist. A logo that incorporates/highlights the "SA" initials is preferred though we are open to all design concepts.

Think one side to convey modern, clean and secure nature of the business and the other side to convey information in a simple and elegant fashion. Contact details should be displayed in a manner that makes it easy to scan business card into most business card apps on mobile phones (ie CamCard).
