Why send me an invitation so late in the project when you intended to close it right away? I accepted your invite with 17 hours left, immediately started to create a design and an hour later had something to submit but you had closed the project. That is unfair and unprofessional.

I am sorry, I had this project to run for 10 days. It ends tomorrow but we hadn't received more designs for a while so it appeared people were done submitting. I didn't know you would want to come in right before this ended. I am very sorry, had I known you were working on it I would have left it open, I didn't know.
