Hi There so just to confirm.
The title of the menu is
'The Wessex' 'Breakfast & Lunch?" Or something else?

It will have 7 sections on and A3 layout

Breakfasts (text)
Build your own (text)
Burgers _ wraps (text)
Jkts_omelettes_salads (text)
Lite bites (text)
Sarnies _ Baguettes (text)
something different (text)

Any particular order of grouping or hierarchy? Obviously Breakfast first but is the rest open to interpretation?
Can you confirm it is finally 7 sections and not more?

We sit down at the start look at all the text in it's entirety then figure out how to best layout the sections
on the format (A3). If you decide to add more sections later or if the info is not exact or ambiguous at the begining it often means the designer has to start all over again. So just confirming as there are many messages here.

Yes the title is The Wessex "Breakfast & Lunch"

As for the sections the actual No is 12.... confusion may have been on my part as the text is only on 7 pages to reduce upload (sorry)...

To gain more of an idea as to order priority you can view our existing menu in the uploads (FILE 6 IMG_0145) that should help...

Please note as stated in the brief if the menu Is to fit on a single side then a front page will also be required (we do not have a logo)
