Hello wonderful designers.  I am collecting all of your designs and presenting them to the team for feedback.  I will continue to do this over the next week or two until the team agrees on a winning design.  Again I want to emphasize simplicity, boldness, cutting edge, and professionalism.  We have received some great designs thus far and I have tried to keep up with providing as much feedback as possible.  Thank you and we will be in touch.

The designs look great.  We have committed to paying the winning designer (whoever that may be) we intend to wait until the deadline to pick the winning design.

@NREIMER: Same colors and fonts is good - although I have seen some really creative new fonts being used that have looked nice.
