Web Design Brief

We are a physician office in need of a website redesign and a face-lift.
1.Website must work on all platforms including mobile phones and tablets.
2.Website will also include and interactive CONTACT US form and payment gateway for office to collect payment from patients online.
3.Website should have the ability for us to easily edit content without resorting to the services of an IT person.
4. Website content will be collected from the present website www.primecarepeds.com.
- The type of upgrade we are looking for is more of a corrective work. The major problems with the current website are:
1. Contact Us form not working correctly
2. Credit card/paypal gateway not working as intended
3. Needing better images/pictures to correctly reflect our business.
4. General enhancement to the overall feel and outlook of the current website.

5. Once a design is selected, website MUST be up and live within TWO WEEKS. The designer able to make this work within the time-frame will get an extra bonus.
