Logo Design Brief

I need a company logo for a small professional services consultancy. I slightly prefer lower case letters, however, I'm open to upper case letters. As soon as I have the logo, I will get my website designed, and hope to use the same designer for my website. I also have a lot of other work for someone who is a Google material design expert, however, I will post that project separately. I will offer that project to my logo designer before posting it.

My company designs and develops software, especially for web and mobile, however, we are moving more into designing, so are looking for more designers to join our team.
