Book Cover Design Brief

I am looking for a designer to provide me with a design or a re-design of my current book cover.

The book is about how I have supported Olympic Champions to success by applying science to their progress. You can see how it currently looks with a symbol representing the ‘champion’ being ‘supported by others’. While I like the current concept the overall design, including the words, my name and image is a bit amateur. I would be open to other ideas, particularly a more simplistic and eye-catching design. I would like the cover to have bold colours such as reds and yellows (I would need to know these colours for creation of the back cover.

If there is a symbol that is used on the book I will need the image as a png with a transparent background.
