Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for our organization's new USAID-funded project, the Fertility Awareness for Community Transformation (FACT) Project.

About our Organization
Learn more at www.irh.org. Through partnership with international and local organizations, the Institute for Reproductive Health (IRH) at Georgetown University strives to: expand family planning choices to meet the needs of women and men worldwide; advance gender equality by helping women and men across the lifecycle learn about and take charge of their reproductive health; and involve communities in reproductive health interventions that improve their wellbeing.

About the FACT Project
This Project seeks to:
- Save lives by helping women in developing countries plan their families through access to family planning methods as well as accurate information about their bodies and their own fertility.
- Transform the attitudes and behaviors of entire communities by delivering crucial health information in ways that people can easily internalize and own.
- Conduct rigorous behavioral research and generate credible evidence for the scientific community.
- Develop health solutions that can be adopted easily and broadly by women and men around the world.

Our Preferences
We would like this logo to be simple, and creatively utilize the letters (wordmark). We prefer to not have a symbol or icon before our logo. (Preferably just a word or name-based logo with some creativity). See what we mean by checking out some of our partner's logos like: E2A (creative use of the number "2" -- http://www.e2aproject.org/) and MCHIP (creative use of the "m" -- http://www.mchip.net/).

We would like two versions: (1) just the letters "FACT", (2) the letters "FACT" and also the phrase "Fertility Awareness for Community Transformation".

This logo will be used on many types of communication products, both print and digital.

When we have made our final selection, we request file types: original design files (Adobe .ill, .indd, .psd/.pdd), ESP, TIFF, PNG as well as the font packages.
