Our company owns a property located right on the river in Sioux Falls, SD, USA near Falls Park. We are looking at developing this land with residential and business entities.

We are looking for a logo to help brand this development.

The logo needs to be sophisticated and high-class looking. Modern and use of negative space is always neat as well.

Any colors are acceptable in the logo, however we have not decided what words to utilize in the logo and are looking for your help and inspiration!

The following is a list of words we like:

Falls
Granite
Legacy
Rocks
River

So for example, combining some of these words or adding in ideas of your own, such as Real Estate Development as a sub heading or other words that come to mind when looking at The Falls in Sioux Falls, SD, USA

We have uploaded examples of logos we like to give you ideas. The design aspect of the Hightower Falls logo is our favorite.
