Logo Design Brief

I would like to develop a logo for my real estate company, Martin Oak Properties LLC. The company is currently a short-term rental management (mostly Airbnb) company in Atlanta, Georgia, but long term, I plan to develop the company into a force in sustainable, thoughtful real estate development. The logo should reflect the core values of modernity, hospitality, creativity, and building up sustainable solutions that strengthen local communities and cultures. I want two versions of the same logo: one is square shaped, and one that is more banner shaped (to be used in LinkedIn / as icons vs on business cards respectively). I want an oak tree incorporated into the logo, and I want the main color to be green
