Logo Design Brief

Solo agent just named to the metroplex's best list of realtors is launching a team and I need help branding this team and creating an identity. We are based in DFW, one of the hottest real estate markets in the country right now. We help buyers, sellers and investors.The company name is TAG DFW (stands for The Allen Group, but we didn't want to use that). We are a young couple, looking for very modern, simple design that can easily be incorporated into some online marketing campaigns as well as yard signs, business cards, and fliers. Our tag line will be Challenging the Status Quo and we will highlight ALLEN within the word Challenge since that is our last name. We are part of Keller Williams so those colors are Red/Black and Grey. We have to use their information on our marketing as well as our logo and want colors that would complement that color scheme. (Can be totally different colors, but we don't want it to clash. Please no orange and no pink). We are looking for logos that aren't the traditional house/key/roof line that you see in real estate marketing.

Must have

• The name TAG
• The actual company name is TAG DFW - we would love to have it all in the logo but we are okay as long as it at least has TAG - we would also like the tagline under it or around it "Challenging the Status Quo" with Allen highlighted within he word challenge

Nice to have

• Something real estate related that isn't so obvious (roof line, key) - something that plays on the word tag would be awesome
