Logo Design Brief

I'm looking for a logo design... mainly for a website... that is funky yet professional. The company helps business people to keep their customers by way of a strategic gift program. I've attached a simple design for reference... don't be governed too specifically by this. If you have a better idea feel free to try it. Company colours are black, red, silver and white.
Not fussed on fonts... whatever suits.
"Keep Your Customer" is the main logo. "For Life" is the tag.
