Dear Project owner,

I have submitted my designs.
I know you are busy but, would you mind to give me your feedback?
Please tell me if I am on the right track.

Thank you
Best regards,
Coco

Dear Fernanda,

Guarantee the contest and you will get a lot more interest,
even with the minimum prize.

What does Payment Not Guaranteed mean for designers?

When a project is marked as guaranteed it means that the customer has committed to paying out a designer and has waived their right to get their money back. If it is not guaranteed, the customer can opt to get a refund of their money.

You can determine if a project is guaranteed by viewing the job brief and looking out for the following image marked on the project:
Customers are eligible for a refund if they have not selected to guarantee their project and in accordance with the DesignCrowd refund policy.

Best regards,
Coco

Dear Coco,

I appreciate your suggestion, but, since my deadline is almost over and I'll most likely select between one of the designs I've received, I'll not guarantee it.

But in a future project I should take your suggestion.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Fernanda

Hi Fernanda any update on my logo designs please

by Filip M on Wednesday, May 17, 2017

Dear Fernanda,

I apologise for my boldness.
Are you going to choose a winner on this project or at least eliminate designs you don't like.
Designers prefer to know where they stand.

Best wishes!
Coco

Dear Fernanda,
Are you going to choose a winner, or this project it was a joke?

Best wishes,
Coco
