Logo Design Brief

I am creating a marketing company to accompany our real estate company. I have attached some versions of our current logo for the real estate company. I would like it to have a similar colors and possibly look so that the brand awareness can transfer between companies. The tagline on the attachment is not part of the logo design.

Requirements

Must have

• Logo needs to look good in multiple colors (red and grey) as well as a single color. With our current logo when we print on swag, we usually just have it white. This logo needs to have the same ability.

Nice to have

• I would like to see Worldmark Logos, Lettermark Logos as well as abstract logos.

Should not have

• Needs to be 2 dimensional. Not looking for 3d highlights like the logic tech or UPS logos.
