Logo Design Brief

I am in need of a logo and business card for a real estate investor. The name of the company is "Fair Shake Home Buyers" We invest in distressed properties. Suggestions for images would be a home and hands shaking. Logo and card must convey trustworthiness. I like the more stylized type (Web 2.0) logos. Some of my favorite colors are electric blue, gun metal grey, white and black though I don't think these colors will work well with the business name or mission. You can try these colors, but probably warmer colors would be better. I do want my picture on the business card. I need the following on the business card:
