Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designing that visualises the word "Synergy" as the company is called Synergy Technology Group Ltd. Our go to market is as follows: "the combined power of a group working together that is greater than the total power achieved by each working separately". We like the thought of different colours for the letters in Synergy (like Google), but the key point is that it needs to visualise somehow is that the result of people working together will always be much greater than them working individually. We like the look of the logo attached but want something that is personal to us and captures a technology theme within it as well.
