Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new home builder called "CBS Homes". CBS Homes designs, builds and renovates single family homes and multifamily homes. Our initial custom home projects will be located in Alberta, Canada and have a slightly modern twist on traditional home design. We want the design to communicate that we are knowledgeable, trustworthy and although we are new we are still familiar. We would like to see designs that use the color navy blue.
