Illustration Design Brief

Infinity Network Services is currently designing a municipal water management system called iWater. As part of this design, we are in need of a water-tower graphic and a well graphic that match and can be displayed on the main page of the application. I have attached a screen capture of what we are using currently for development. Basically the water tower needs to have some method (either shrinkable or have transparency so we can fill it in the application) where we can graphically display the current level of the tank. The well needs to have 4-states, either running, ready, off or fault (this could be accomplished using colors but the current gif we found on google is animated and shows water flowing when running).
