Logo Design Brief
The Kirby Derby is a family friendly 5K Run/Walk and a 10K Run, along with a FREE Kids’ Race. We have had the same logo design with a horse for the last 10 years and feel it is time for an update.
We would like to keep the same theme, but does not necessarily have to be the horse image. If a horse image is used, it does not need to be a cartoon image. I have added a few other images that I found online and like the looks of.

Must have
- My project must have a horse race theme similar to Kentucky Derby, but pretty flexible on the design and wanting to "freshen" up the look.
Nice to have
- I'd like to keep similar colors- blues, green, and yellow.
Should not have
- I don't want a cookie cutter look. Something unique, interesting, and fun.
