Logo Design Brief

Happy is a new business about to launch. It is a customer experience agency which helps business improve their business and customer services to ensure their customers are loyal advocates and happy customers.
This brief is to develop a logo design to be used across all business touchpoints eg. web and collateral. It needs to feel friendly, and approachable and put a smile on people's faces. It like the idea of including a smiley face within it - maybe like a social happy face. The colour orange is supposed to to evoke a feeling of happiness. I'd like to have some colour within it. I'm not fussed on upper or lower case although I feel lower case might be more friendly?
