Logo Design Brief

Bears Consulting is an urban planning firm that will provide research, reports, studies, plans, and other professional services to city, county, or state planning agencies. We'd like a logo that's modern, minimalist, and professional. We'd like a bear in the logo, the name "Bears Consulting" (capitalization is up to the designer), and if some cityscape elements can be incorporated into the logo without detracting from the modern and minimalist design, then we'd like to see that as well, but the cityscape elements are optional. Preferred colors are grey and blue.
