Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new dental center called "Royal Lane Dental Center." We would like to see a design that plays off the name so perhaps a tooth with some sort of crown or robe (something that portrays royalty). You can even expand as far as to have some type of road or "lane" included in the logo. Don't want the design to look childish, but rather modern and clean. We have uploaded a file of a painting and would like to incorporate a similar style of drawing in our logo if possible, however, we are open to other types of styles.

Another option would be some type of crest design with the initials "R" and "L" for Royal Lane with a crown somehow incorporated into the design. Additionally, we would like to use deep rich colors such as blue, purple, gold, etc. The final overall design should look polished.
