Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design that will be used on t-shirts and hats. The brand is called Grip Strong. Our target audience is those who are physically active and those who desire to be. The shirts will most likely be used during working out/running/yoga... So the logo should be some what masculine, but not too manly where a woman wouldn't want to wear it. Think of the crossfit/kickboxing/mud run crowd. We want to use "Grip Strong" in the logo and would prefer a simplified/minimalist but strong design.
