Photoshop Design Brief

This new communication plan is to get our new customers to feel part of our innovative and hi-tech family. We want to bring professionalism with a cool/fun approach.

We need 3 separate designs for 3 different post purchase email communications:
Email 1: sent immediately after purchase - Welcome & thank you for your order
Email 2: Shipment & tracking notification - Your product has shipped
Email 3: License activation code and instructions - Your license is ready

Our customer service and support team have a 98% customer satisfaction rating, we're good at what we do. For this we wanted to bring those people to life from behind the phone and show our customers who they are actually speaking to. the photos attached are our own employees not stock images, the ones that get rated Awesome, Amazing, life savers and more from existing customers. We want to find a creative way to show they are our guys and they have a sense of humor as well as phenomenal knowledge that saves companies bacon each and every day.

If you can think of a good way to incorporate that in imagery would be great - e.g.names? length of service or a quirky caption e.g. "Backup Wizard Steve" / "Recovery Viking Mike" "Ransomware Pirate Jack".

We are open to colour imagery or black/white with a colour pop in red or blue, please see our website www.unitrends.com for our colour style. Our email header template is attached so you can see where the imagery should go.

Also we have created some speech bubbles to include on imagery. feel free to redesign these if you see fit. the wording should not be changed. Colours used are our corporate do not include new colours but feel free to remove the amount of colour if you wish. They do not have to all be used. 6 to choose from.
