PowerPoint Design Brief

I require a powerpoint template that I can use for presentations and for report writing. Template should include:
* Cover page with company logo and space for presentation title, and client logo if required.
* Proposed font and heading styles to match the logo (demonstrated through some sample text)
* Three different examples of presentation pages that can be tailored to different clients
* End page for contact details of the presenter or other report details. (so template should be five pages in total length)

The overall style of the template is professional, but with an eye-catching style.
